We are three laid-back seasoned pros looking for a dynamic front man/singer to do a blues project in the vein of Bugs Henderson, SRV, Gary Moore, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Thackery...well, you get the idea. Mostly covers, but may do a few originals eventually.

We all have day jobs, so this would be a weekend project with one rehearsal per week at least until we start playing out, which can be very soon if you're the one.

We want someone with experience, who already knows the blues scene, who wants to put the effort into being part of a team and play with a great band. We have the musicianship, practice space, professional P.A. system, gig connections, everything ready to go; we just need the right singer to do shows.

Please, no drunks/hacks/wannabes/already-in-five-other-bands or prima donnas - we want someone we don't have to baby sit through every rehearsal - if this sounds like something you want, give us a holler back.

28 year old rhythm and lead guitar player looking to join a blues band or perhaps get something started with like minded musicians in the blues genre. I've played guitar for about 10 years. I am well versed in chord progression, major and minor pentatonic scales and everything in between. I'm by no means the best out there, but can hold my own. I'm a semi-mature drummer/harmonica player in Chillicothe, performing since 1962. If there is an accomplished slide guitarist/singer (male or female) in north central Missouri, I'd certainly like to meet them. Last band was broken up by Immigration and Naturalization Service just when we were getting those $ 1,000+ shows. The Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa festival and event season starts soon, so quick study and recording skills required.
